• You and any guests you must bring must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Per the CDC, "A person is fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving all recommended doses in the primary series of their COVID-19 vaccination. A person is up to date with their COVID-19 vaccination if they have received all recommended doses in the primary series and one booster when eligible." As far as we know, we don't know anyone who cannot be vaccinated for any legitimate reason. If we're wrong and you cannot be vaccinated for a legitimate reason (ie allergy) and we didn't know, contact one of the homeowners for a risk assessment. 

• Consent is king. Any consent violations will result in you being permanently 86'd and unceremoniously tossed out on your ass and sent home in an uber at your expense. 

• Behavior that is rude, judgemental, or otherwise shitty regarding other party guests will get a warning the first time and 86'd the second time.  

• You are responsible for your guests/+1 behavior. You will be held accountable for bringing over people who behave like a dumpster fire. 

• End time for all events unless otherwise specified is 2:30 am. Be sober, be gone, or be ready to sleep by that time. 

• The upstairs office is a quiet room. Please be respectful of people who need this space. Consult the homeowners if there are issues.  

• If you want to crash at our place, please let us ahead of time so that we can make comfortable arrangements for you (and your partner(s) if applicable)  

• No glass in the hot tub 

• No sex in the champagne room (or hot tub) 

• We prefer that you enter the hot tub nude (due to detergents) but if that makes you uncomfortable, please be sure to bring a swimsuit and towel. 

• With that said, be aware that you may see nude people here. Be chill about it or stay away from the hot tub if it makes you uncomfortable. 

• Leave the cats alone. Full stop. If they want attention, they'll seek you out.  

• You may not leave the house while drunk without a sober driver/uber/lyft/taxi arrangement.  

• If you get drunk and behave like an asshole, we will record and playback at you later (much to your shame) 

• Any broken items will be invoiced.  

 

RE: Parking. PLEASE CARPOOL WHEN POSSIBLE. We don't have a ton of parking and have a really long (single car width) driveway. There is a pull off near the house you can park in if you plan on staying late. You're welcome to park on the street at the end of the driveway. If you do this and you don't feel comfortable walking down the long, dark driveway, holler at one of the hosts and we will come pick you up.
